Dieula Sylvie DAREUS

Born in Cavaillon, the last born of her family of four (4) children, Dieula Sylvie DAREUS is a graduate in Computer Science at Ecole Supérieure d'Infotronique d'Haïti(ESIH). She is passionate about New Technologies of Information and Communication (NICT). In 2017, she was honored as vice-champion with the i7-GIRLS team of the Hackathon organized by CONATEL promoting the work of women in Information Technology and Communication. She has worked as a Data Analyst at Transversal and is now a programmer at One Click Industries.

Honest, friendly, responsible and concerned, DAREUS believes in the cultural, economic and social emergence of the new Haiti more just, more solidarity and fair, less sectarian and hopeful for the new generation of young people. As a result, since 2010 she has been actively involved in this process. She spends her time volunteering as an influential member of several Youth structures, Code 9 Haiti, she did a coding weekend with Transition Digitale at the Global Startup Women Weekend in Haiti, an ambassador of Haiti Femme $ TIC who values ​​and encourages women in ICT and "Association des jeunes professionnel de Pliché"(AJPROP) of her hometown, which promotes women's values ​​and the family in Cavaillon; which also promotes the emergence and social promotion of young people. AJPROP is carrying out major projects of social transformation for the benefit of the population of the 4th section of Cavaillon.
